The word inspire is normally used in a good context, but it works here too. The word Inspire usually has a Devine influence, hence the “SPIR”, which comes from the word “Spirit”. He even called out former presidential candidate Hillary Clinton as a prime example of the apathy Democrats have for the black community.

I just watched Dave Chappelle’s “8:46”. That’s his new…”rant”…it’s NOT stand-up, he made it at his home in Ohio, I believe.
